2. Payment Timing

  • Within Accra: Payment can be made on delivery or before delivery, but all payments must be confirmed before shipment.

  • Outside Accra: Payment must be completed before delivery. Orders will only be shipped once payment is confirmed.

3. Payment Confirmation

  • Orders are processed and shipped only after payment has been verified.

  • For bank transfers or mobile money, please keep proof of payment to facilitate confirmation.

4. Failed or Delayed Payments

  • Orders with incomplete or unverified payments may be cancelled or delayed.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that payments are successful and submitted in full.

5. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • JX Commerce uses secure payment platforms to protect your information.

  • Any fraudulent or suspicious payment attempts may result in order cancellation.
