  • Outside Ghana: Delivery timelines will be communicated after order confirmation, depending on destination and courier availability.

Delivery Coverage & Pickup Points

  • Delivery within Accra is door-to-door where available.

  • Outside Accra, some orders may be shipped to a designated pickup location for customer collection, depending on courier coverage and delivery location. Customers will be notified of the pickup point and collection details.

Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees may vary based on order quantity and delivery location and may increase accordingly.

  • Final delivery costs will be communicated at checkout or after order confirmation (for locations outside standard delivery zones).

Delivery Process

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and reachable contact information.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect details or unavailability of the recipient may attract additional delivery charges.

  • Orders may be delivered by third-party courier partners. JX Commerce is not responsible for delays caused by couriers beyond our control.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. Eligible cases will be handled in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
