3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery within Ghana typically takes 2–5 business days.

  • For deliveries outside Ghana, timelines will be communicated after order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Delivery costs may vary and may increase depending on order quantity and delivery location.

  • JX Commerce is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may attract additional charges.

4. Returns

All sales are final. Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item is delivered.

  • Perishable items arrive spoiled or expired.

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos and order details).

5. Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for eligible cases only.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 72 hours via the original payment method or store credit (where applicable).

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

6. Replacements

  • Approved claims for damaged, defective, wrong, or spoiled items may be resolved by replacement where available.

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued.

7. Product Information

We strive to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in packaging, color, or appearance may occur and do not qualify as defects.

8. Limitation of Liability

JX Commerce is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, except where required by law.

  • Customers agree to provide accurate information when placing orders.

  • Misuse of the website, fraudulent activity, or abuse of refund policies may result in account restriction or cancellation of orders.
